Default Clicking Noise While Driving

Hello everyone. This is my first time here. I've been having a clicking noise come from my engine the past week or so. Nothing has happened to the car, I just that it started clicking quite noticeably through the dashboard. Its frequency is determined by my speed. At 90 kms an hour it'* about as fast as the second hand on a clock, for example. It does not make a sound when very slow or idling.

My car has 226,000 kms on it but has had regular oil changes with blended or synthetic oil and from filters.

Welcome to the forums Andrew!
Could be quite a few things, as noises are often hard to diagnose when we cant hear it.
Would be helpful if you could take a video, & record the sound & post it back.
Does it only do it while driving, or the clicking still happens in park as you advance the throttle?

I agree, you will need to get a video, because the only thing I can think of that would possibly be moving that slowly and regularly would be a mechanical odometer or trip meter.
