I'd also check the grounds at your trans. Could be one is a little corroded and feeding back.

well i went threw some grounds today and i regrounded it once more along with shortening the wires its alot better, I can barely hear it almost satisfactory(: anybody have any suggestions on a good ground loop isolated filter?
