ABS Failure

ABS Failure
I own a 2002 Grand Am SE1 3.4L V6. I own the GM Shop Manuals for this vehicle. I replaced everything: the power booster, master cylinder, BPVM and EBCM. I've been using an Autel MaxiDAS scan tool for diagnostics and automated bleeding. I also use a power brake bleeder. I bled the brake system using the shop manual and every other way mentioned from conventional to automated with and without the power brake bleeder. The problem is always the same. No brake pedal. No brakes running the car up and down the road. If the car is traveling at 15mph, I can stop the car, but I have to pump the brake pedal. If over 15mph, forget it. I'm know at the stage of using a DVM and o'scope to isolate any electronics failure. But if anyone has any suggestions as to what causes this failure, please drop me a hint. I'm still troubleshooting the problem, so if I come up with anything I'll post a detailed procedure for resolving this issue.

Just to verify, you did bleed the master first, then the ABS, then its R/R, L/R, R/F, LF.

Is the ABS intervening when you try and stop, as if it thinks wheels are locking up?
If not, I would think the system is not generating pressure. Assuming everything is bled properly (including the bench bleed on the master cylinder), and the master cylinder wasn't bad from the start (it'* happened, especially with reman units), I would look at brake lines, calipers, etc, to make sure that something isn't expanding with pressure that shouldn't be.

What was the initial reason for the brake problem? What wqas the first repair done? Did the car stop before the first repair?
Any time you open up what you have, you have introduced air into the system.......when you pump the pedal to get a solid pedal and hold it, does the pedal drop? If it doesn't and you have a solid pedal, if some one opens the rr bleeder will they get solid fluid out of it, or air? then the lr, rf, lf?

I'm at the stage now to check everything in the brake system. I don't know at this point why I have no brake pedal. If the engine is not running I can pump the brake pedal and have solid brakes, but as soon as the engine is running, the pedal goes all the way to the floor. I have to pump the brake pedal again to have solid brakes, but the pedal will slowly go all the way to the floor again. I'm not sure why, but that'* what'* going on.
