Default 97 bonne blower issue

Hey guys,
Does anybody have a electrical diagram for a 97 bonne with auto air. My blower motor had run intermitent for awhile and now stopped. Its not the motor, jumped, it runs all day. I have 1.8v going to the motor and with the weird looking resistor pack unplugged( both connectors) it drops to 1.3 v. The blower is located in the middle of firewall and the resistor pack is under the relays under the hood..I dont think I should have any voltage going to the blower with things unplugged? I also checked the voltages going to the resistor thing. The red wire is all by itself I plugged my red lead into that from my ohm meter and checked the other connector with the black lead. I dont remember the color of the wires but got 12v on one, 10v on another and 0v on the last one..Thanks

I think you may have a bad blower motor resistor. But here is the schematic that you requested...

Thanks for the help guys. Looked at the schematic and now see why I have 1.3 volts with everything unplugged. Theres a feed back curcuit..Went to the junk yard and pulled one out of a buick ultra. Looked smaller but everything else was the same. Installed it and now have a fan. Thanks again..
