Default 94 SLE Bonneville Crank Sensor Issue

I own a 94 Bonnevile SLE with 82,000 miles on it i never really have had any problems with it,but lately, its been losing power and cutting off,but it will start right up after it kills with no hesitation,i was told it may be the crank position sensor but im not really sure how many of you have had this problem with your 3800 v6?

If the sensor is going out it will stop sending the signal to the ICM to spark.

When my crank sensor first started to go it would start up right away. As a matter of fact, when driving on the expressway it sometimes started back up on its own before I had a chance to get it into neutral.

My bet is you need to replace the crank shaft position sensor.
