2008 Pontiac Solstice - Need help identifying replacement part
Can someone help me identify this broken piece?
I just bought the car 2 days ago and decided to finally let the top down and enjoy a fun day of cruising around.
It wasn't until I let it back up that I realized that the previous owner had "repaired" a broken piece on the passenger side of the soft top with velcro and now there is an awful windleak when driving >30mph.

Unfortunately, you learned a lesson the hard way.....you buy a convertible, you drive it with the top down, and with the top up, before buying....
I would try an auto body shop, they might be able to help you....
It'* getting hard to get parts for this car and the G6 hard top convertible....

I'm not entirely sure how they would go about fixing it either. I talked to a guy at my local GMC dealer and he said that he wasn't sure there were even parts that I could order aside from replacing the entire top.
I'm sure I'll think of some way to stick it in place. The sliding piece is still in the rail and slides when pressed, so if I could find a way to reattach the broken piece it should still work, but I haven't got an idea how to do that yet.
