Default 1999 Bonneville Belt Tensioner Questions

1999 Pontiac Bonneville. So I'm changing out the tensioner. One of the two steel nipples that mount to the tensioner with a bolt that goes to the heater core has a spring assembly in it. It is in bad shape and in need of replacement. I broke out all the remaining pieces and the spring so the debris won't go through the cooling system if I have to use it. If not available I guess I'll find out what effect not having the assembly in the steel nipple will have on heat come winter. Part number for the steel nipples and o rings that go on them would be helpful.

The heater core is inside the dash, behind the firewall.

I think we're going to need some more information here, and maybe some pictures.

Are you talking about these?
I have only seen a spring in the tensioner itself, not sure of any other springs in that area..

It won't let me see without logging into Google.
