That tells you where the problem is. That negative cable needs to be fixed and if there'* wires with voltage hitting it you'll blow a fuse or worse.

To end the discussion - I fixed it.
Turned out to be poorly installed mass contactor on the gearbox.
I replaced the contactor with a brand new one and it'* all good now.
