Have you removed the rear seat and checked the park lamp relay and also the fuses that feed the park lamps for the left and right sides?
As for your gage lights, how about your HVAC control head, radio, and center console? Are they lit up at night and the IPC isn't? If they aren't lit up also, have you tried turning the dimmer control ****?
