Also, with the tires off the ground, if you didn't get to redline in 4th gear your car either has a serious power problem or you have a governor. The more or less complete lack of drag on anything (other than tranny and aero drag on the tires and wheels) would let it go right to redline.

thanks when was testing off the ground it was running about 3200
