just wanna check, this couldnt be something as stupid as a security relearn could it? when you turn the key to ACC or ON you can hear the fuel pump for a fraction of a second then off again, just wanna make sure, i think im gonna go with a new PCM from ZZP since i can get it burned with a .bin file making this whole problem solved with the tuner

nope, no crank at all, when you turn the key to start all the lights come on and then when you let it back to on the srvice engine is on (obviously b/c its not running) and the service vehicle, but i cant even connect to read DTCs

I don't think the security feature would prevent it from cranking, just starting. Also, it wouldn't prevent you from writing to the PCM. Did you ever say you could or couldn't read the PCM?

Remember that once you change the PCM, you will need to run a CASE learn.

yah, that can be done in the tuner right? dont you tell it to run then start the car and mash on the gas a few times?

i think im gonna just get a new one from zzp so theres already some changes that will keep me happy for awhile and i can just keep going from there

Look at the intense PCM, it'* better tuned for bonnevilles. And yes, your tuner should do that, I use HP tuner so I can't say for sure. Start, and floor it until the rev limiter kicks in. I think that'* around 4500 rpm

the only thing with intense is the file is .hpt, the dhp can only read .bin files, at least thats what i think b/c i got a stock file from them and it was in the .hpt format
