If you guys want *good* ecm tuning, buy the whole setup and start tuning yourself. I KNOW you can make a better tune for your own car(with practice) than an off the shefl "cookie-cutter" chip...

The stability changed drastically with my new tires. The old Dunlop D60'* were causing my front end float at 125 originally. With the tires being the only change, that improved by 10-15mph at least. I can only guess that the profile of the tire changed as the tire spun. Centifugal force made the tire larger as the sidewalls stretched. This raised the front of the car enough for the oncoming air to lift the front.
