SLP headers make more of a ticking noise due to a leakier flex pipe. You can wrap the flex pipe though to get rid of the problem.

TOGs are generally regarded as higher quality, SLP is known to be lower quality in some circles, and fine in others. TOGs always gives out stuff at the Midwest GP meet, this year they had MANY $200 off coupons, and a full set of ceramic headers as door prizes. That means something to me.

Searching on ClubGP will give you more answers though.

SLPs have a slipfit design for the crossover and collector while the TOGS have flange style connectors. The TOGS are easier to get exhaust leaks with due to this however the SLP'* have a leakier flexpipe and can produce an annoying ticking sound under acceleration. Most SLP header owners wrap their flexpipe for this reason. Performance wise they are very close.

If you want performance and need to save some cash (as well as being an easier install) choose SLP. If you want performance and have the cash to spare and have average mechanical apptitude the TOGS would be worth considering.

Note that the TOG headers are slightly larger in diameter that the SLP units.
No leaks at all with mine over the last couple of years.
Flange connections with donuts are better than slip fit connections IMO.
