Default Strut Tower Stabilizer Bar

I got one from GMPP, along with my sway bars. I have 2 questions.

1: Should I install it in the front or rear?

2: Is there a writeup anywhere on how to install one? I *think* I know how, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Install it in the front.

The easy way:
Lay it on the struts in the little u shaped area, mark the middle of the holes on both sides, center punch and drill them. Add some paint/rust protection and bolt it up.

The harder way: find some brackets (Don Rome etc) and bolt the bars to the brackets and then the brackets to the strut nuts.
