Your best bet will be a salvage yard, unless you get lucky and find someone parting a car.

Yes, and IIRC the only way to get one for a 2000+ SE/SLE/SSEi is to get one from a GXP, or maybe from a Cadillac STS if they have them. Not sure if there will be modifications to make it fit.

If your handy, you can always make one. Two brackets on the strut tower and a 1x1 and that'* about it.
