I am interested in buying one too.
Finally one bigger than the usual 3".
What did you use for the rubber connector? Silicone? Where did you get it?
If you sell the tube, it has got to be with the connector or at least tell us where to source it.
We can all find filters but finding the right size and material for the connector is difficult and it'* useless without one.

Got tired of looking for a good (low priced) CAI tube... so I had this one made for me. I am going to make another 10 if there is interest. Price would be $100. It'* made from 302 Stainless 3.5" x .062 wall tubing mandrel bent and I polish it.
Take a look at the links. Hole placement for the IAT is about half way to the filter. You supply thr Filter. It uses the K&N #RU-3130 and costs about $30

So its just open like in the picture, no box around the filter? If that is the case, you aren't helping your performance much, if at all over the stock airbox, because temps will be much higher. If you could come up with some sort of box, it looks like it would be an awesome system, but without it it is just an open cone filter. I think I would be plenty interested if it had a box. Open cones just ask for KR.
And you dont need one bigger than 3". The bigger size is only useful if you are using ram air, and then its only useful at higher speeds. Also with a size larger than 3" you also have to worry about how the ends are smaller and the turbulent air this causes.
