Can you please fix the K motor designation in your signature? You have an L, not a K.
Vin L is L27.
Vin K is L36 (95 and newer).

The heads will gain you no performance. They will simply allow you to use the YT rockers later.

The chip won't get you more than 5-10hp by itself. It will HELP with the other power-adding and flow-improving mods later.

I personally wouldn't shave 92 L27 heads. You have no EGR, so combustion temps are going to be more of an issue than a 93/94 L27 or a 91-95 L67.

No, do NOT have the heads milled. Have them CHECKED for flatness only. Read what I said above about modifying the compression ratio or shaving/milling the heads. I doubt they'll have flatness issues, anyway.

Having a hard time finding a chip? :?

Well since you asked for feedback, I just noticed no one had mentioned about you removing your MAF screen. FYI, as far as I know, the heaviest opinion to this mod has leaned towards proving how useless it really is. In order for your MAF sensor to get a proper reading, it needs smooth, unturbulent airflow. As far as I can tell, when removed, the air is going to take the path of least resistance and go through the throttle body without upsetting the airflow in the sensor chamber. Therefore giving a uselessly inaccurate reading to the PCM and not allowing it to reach an optimum A/F combustion ratio. To the best of my knowledge, the quickest cars on record in this club are still running a throttle body with MAF screen intact. Logically, leaving it there should allow for the engine to calculate optimum burn ratios much faster with little lag or latency.

Your car, your choice, just thought you should know.

Rogue and I have the two quickest daily-driven L67'* of each Series.

Both of us run MAF screens.

I actualy went and got another one to install I killed the other, there was some beer involed. But I am liking the chip, stage II and the machine shop was just called and told them to check and make level, no mill unless uneven. So project started.. I am going to make a better DIY intake this weekend and will have some pics soon, I am playing with some ideas on placemtn and so on. Thanks Mike
