*shrugs* oh well. low 15s will work =). I'm just lookin for more oomph out of the car.

how hard are rockers to install?

Rockers are really simple. Ratchet with a hex head, and a torque wrench(a click type) will get the rockers in and out. However valve springs are a little more complicated, you would probably want someone who has done it before give you a hand.

Valve springs have to be replaced with the rockers off anyway, right?

It'* basically a spring compressor..a steady hand and remove the keepers. A magnet helps.
