Oldsrocket, you have no idea (apparently) how bad it is that you can't dump boost. You won't last long.

In addition, your comment about 19lb injectors......did it occur to you that he might be running a larger pulley? A higher pressure regulator? While I don't know the answer to these possibilities, it strikes me as odd that you didn't ask, but rather jumped on it with a blanket generic 'bad' call on it. You have no idea if he'* running lean or not, because there are 3 or 4 variables in his setup that we have no clue about.

Just the same as me, when I look at your signature and shake my head in......well, you get the point. But that'* off topic. Just a comparison to make a point.

Did you rig the TV cable to the '93 Throttle Body? (i.e. transfer the bellcrank from the '90 throttle body and connect up the cable to the transmission.)

The car will move and switch gears without the TV cable, but the shifts will be very soft (might be a blessing in disguise, it will save you from yourself) The 1990 ECM doesn't control the transmission beyond the TCC lockup.

Also, what alterations have you made, or had made to the calibrator prom? Also, if you haven't rigged the boost valve, you may actually be running the motor as a Normally Aspirated motor at all times (in other words, the blower is spinning it'* little heart out, but not actually producing any boost pressure..it'* recirculating it back into the intake.)

Latest update on my swap. I've put about 1200 hundred miles on this swap and it'* running great. As I said I am not racing anyone and I don't need wild burnouts at my age and stage in the game. With the trans from the 91 Le Sabre it has good pull in all gears and in 4th, the engine only turns 2400 rpms at 100 cruising on the freeway. Temp stay at about 150 on the highway, three core rad and trans cooler never lets her run hot. The swap into the 90 sse was less of a hassle than I expected. The original trans from The 90sse let the engine run in the higher rpms than the trans I am using now. Its being rebuilt and I should be going back to the og injecters and higher pressure fuel pump. That should be enough as far as power. Stock 93 */c pep is all I'm looking for now plus I still have the 90 sse body which I like better than the 92 and up.Pictures soon
