I ordered the same things you did except for the coupler beacause I won't need it and then I had to order the fuel rail connectors to the -6 AN threaded piece

Off the top of my head I ordered
1 5/16 to -6 AN metal tube connector (hard metal tube return)
1 3/8 to -6 AN metal tube connector (hard metal tube supply)
2 -6 AN straight hose end connectors (for the end by the hard metal tubes)
2 -6 AN 90 degree hose end connectors (for the end near the fuel rails)
1 5/16 fuel rail connector to -6 AN (fuel rail return)
1 3/8 fuel rail connector to -6 AN (fuel rail supply)
1 10 ft braided hose

I have a full list at home with product numbers and prices, I will try to take pics and do a write up

one more question, how do you get the nylon lines that are shrunk over the metal tubes off?
