We're high pressure, low volume. Air horn compressors are high volume. You'll blow your lines and struts.

I know my friend'* current setup would not be right for the struts. What he is saying is I can get a smaller compressor and a pressure switch for the correct PSI for the struts, I would just need to know the pressure the struts would take. He says the pressure switch would only fill it to the psi that it was for (like 20, 30 etc...whichever one I bought) and then the compressor would shut off until it went well under that again. T-fitting is what he suggested just like most on here. What do you think Wren, can it be done? I will be running power to the back for my upcoming sound system and it'll be VERY heavy gauge, so i'll put a fuseblock back there with one out for the compressor...

what youre decribing is exactly what the factory compressor setup does

You got it, and this would be a LOT cheaper and should work just as well... These compressors are NOT as noisy as the bulk of them out there, are fully warrantied, and I can get whatever pressure switch I want. I just need PSI specs now and technically I can get on with this project, someone help me here like Wren so I know the specs, I will do a full write-up and how to on this and maybe if it DOES work anyone else that wants a fully automatic Load-Level can have it without pains and headaches....IF this is possible...

The factory compressor goes to 70psi. I doubt Don has had more than 40 in his struts to date.
