I assume you have a 2000? You should be just fine with the stock size belt. I rand down to a 3.4" with a stock belt. After that you will need a 715, a stock belt is 725

you can run the 3.5" pulley on a stock belt but i recommend running the oversized tensioner pulley. its the 3.5" one here... ZZ Performance

this way you wont have to worry about belt slip

depends on your supporting mods, and ive gotta ask, what else do you have done to the car? ive got the mods in my sig on my regal but im waiting to put the 3.4 pulley on until i get a powerlog or headers and a scanner. Ive heard too many horror stories about blowin motors up.

HP is really dependent on a lot of factors. You should be able to count on 10 to 15 hp with that pulley. This is something that you will be able to feel with the butt dyno. Do you have, or do you have access to a pulley puller. It needs to be the correct puller made to pull supercharger pulleys. Anything else will destroy the old pulley.

To go any smaller with the pulley you will need to do things to your exhaust, PEMs, headers, rockers, CAM, stuff like that. Otherwise you will get boost stack and build up heat. You will also need to be able to scan the car for KR. Otherwise you risk damaging the engine.
