Default Pulley Boys 2.2" SC pulley

Well, I'm getting ready to put my Formula into hibernation till spring . Since this is the first season I'll be driving the SSEi 24/7, I was thinking about changing the pulley for some more power.

Would I need a 'special' pulley puller for the M62? Do you think Autozone general pullers which rent for free will work?

What kind of HP/Torque gain can a stock SSEi Series 1 expect JUST from a 2.2" pulley change?

Thanks
