Jet is a well known name in the PCM business. therefore I venture to guess that it isn't all bad.
Doesn't look bad, and considering it'* probably the only option for 1996'* that price isn't absurdly high. No doubt it helps as much as an Intense or DHP PCM, but shouldn't be too bad.

I just dont want to blow a couple of hundred bucks on something that doesnt really change anything.
