Jet is a well known name in the PCM business. therefore I venture to guess that it isn't all bad.
Doesn't look bad, and considering it's probably the only option for 1996's that price isn't absurdly high. No doubt it helps as much as an Intense or DHP PCM, but shouldn't be too bad.

I just dont want to blow a couple of hundred bucks on something that doesnt really change anything.
