Default New CAI?

Looks as though Thrasher has come out with a CAI for the 00+ Bonnevilles. It'* up there in price (225.95). I am not sure what will be better for my 01 SSEi, the CAI or FWI?

Cost is not really a big issue. I would like to go with whatever is going to give me the best performance.

An FWI will always give better performance. There is no engine bay heat to warm the filter, or the box of the filter. It is pretty hard to seal the CAI from all heated air in the engine bay while the FWI only pulles ambient air. The only thing better than an FWI for performance is removing the headlight and running an empty tube from it to the TB (although of course this isnt safer).
