MAF Screen?
Is it really a benifit to remove the MAF Screen. I've read a bit of the posts here but still am undecided on the issue. I haven't gotten anything that really states that this type of mod is a plus.

I have tried it both ways, and my opinion is leave it in. It does not become a restriction until you are making way more power than you are. To give you an idea I still run with mine in.

My 95 still has one, and I've been running over a year without one in the 93. I do get slightly higher MAF readings with it, but now that I've ported the living snot out of my 93 throttle body, I think it will idle smoother with the screen in. I'll be reinstalling it on Monday to see how she does.
I suggest if you have access to a scantool that you do some testing with and without it.
