I think 288 might be the realm of the max reading for the IAT...

BLM'* of 137? Your running really lean. What are your 02'* at WOT?

Judging by how high your BLM'* are and your INTs at 128 I can tell that your PCM has learned that you need more fuel and basically is finished learning how much fuel it needs.

I think you need a bigger pulley.

Or to check the fuel pressure. That'* becoming a typical problem on the 92-95 L67'* with age now. It'* best to replace the pump and regulator at the same time if you don't meet spec.

You need at LEAST 41 psi at idle to run a smaller pulley.
