Get some higher ratio roller rockers. That should do the trick.

HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD HELP.
I DON'T WANT TO SPEND 600 DOLLARS IF IT ONLY HELPS LIKE A TENTH OF A SECOND

Honestly, I don't know how much they will help a SII like yours, but I know there are several choices for them. I would have to guess... 3 tenths.

Have you scanned for knock retard?

PS: Go easy on the caps lock.

Try pems and rockers. No doubt that will get you into the 14s.
Cheapest rockers:
http://www.3800performance.com/Merch...egory_Code=CVT
or
http://www.zzperformance.com/grand_p...ts1.php?id=426
You'll need 105 or 90# springs.
And pems:
http://gtpowderworks.com/index.php?c...a7f39f17ae5724
Be sure to contact them and tell them you have an olds and the year because the rear manifold differ from bodystyle to bodystyle as well as year.

Something is seriously wrong in the KR department or the launch department. That'* butt-slow for those mods. Even for the heavy-assed LSS.

Can you post a pic of your timeslip?
