Here we go .....
CAI is shielded well and fed by ram air.
IAT sensor relocated to the outlet of the ram air feed, will get down to within 1 degree of ambient temps.
EM'* are port matched (I was amazed by the amount of material that I was able to take off the insides of the EM openings).
EM Heat shields were loose, refastened with steel rivets. EM'* are also ceramic coated inside and out.
Knock Sensor replaced (what a b&%#@).
All mounts seem to be fine.
Did find my evap core housing crumbling into pieces, but that'* another thread and quite a few drinks.
Still running stock plugs gapped at .60.
Once back together, fires right up, no leaks.
There is a definate performance improvement during acceleration. I drove it for 2 days (Friday and Sat) while taking a short trip (about 180 miles total). Wanted to give time for things to "settle in". Just went down to Advance Auto and scanned. Still getting KR (still running the stock pulley).
It seems to be a little more aggresive than before. I was able to pull up to 8 degrees. KR is only showing up at WOT. Anybody have any suggestions? Valve guide oil leak? Timing chain stretch? Weak springs? Gremlin? Time to put a bullet in the block? I am now at a total loss.

I am really wondering about the valve stem seals leaking oil into the combustion chamber causing the detonation. The only reference that I have ever seen is an old Tech bulletin and was hoping someone could confirm my suspicion or set me straight. Don't seem to lose a lot of dino juice in between changes, but then, I put on a lot of miles quickly, change about every 3 - 4 weeks.
