You understand though with an 80 series, it will not look like that. To have two "tips" out of one pipe you are going to need something like this

The ones you show will be just one "tip" on one pipe like this on the 80 series.

Yeah, that was the best pic I could find off hand of the squared dual look.

How would this affect the sound of the muffler, though? I have no clue how that works.

Ok, no problem.

I think it makes it a bit quieter inside the passenger cabin because it gets the sound back behind the car instead of under it (like mine with the dual turn downs). But I have never been in a bonneville with tips and a flowmaster.

If i take my tips off, the pipes are still pointing below the bumper completely, but the sound resonates A LOT more inside, and gets too smooth.

Well i have a Flowmaster 80 Series with black chrome Ractive tips. Sounds great and I love the way it sounds. Also if you do that put a high flow cat on to.

After downloading some of the clips, I've decided to buy a Flowmaster too. I took a look at my stock muffler to size up the job and I noticed there arent any real seams where the muffler attaches to the rest of the exaust. There'* no muffler clamps on either side of the muffler. Is is just a flush fit?
