Thanks for the pics guys. Randy, I'll check to see if I could use a similar setup to what you have on Frankie. I'm also gonna look to see what I can do to modify the current hanger.... I'll post what happens.
Thanks again!

Ok, I bought some rubber grommets to put in on either side of the hanger. I'll give it a shot this weekend. If this doesn't fly, what about buying a new SSEi muffler? I looked at the pics of Haro'* car, and the factory mounts are different. I wonder if the offset is the same on the inlet? Is the stock SSEi muffler really that bad?

I'm glad it was an inexpensive fix. Although another part of me wanted to see "I'm at wits end... randman, come pick this muffler up!" Nice work
I guess that I'll have to look into something similar for the 93.

I'll post pics soon... If it ever stops raining!
Not trying to beat a dead Honda, but I've been calling around about buying a stock replacement SSEi muffler and pipes.... What I'm getting is nobody makes a replacement muffler for a 95 SSEi. They'll sell you a an SE muffler with a single dump out but that'* it. I did find a listing for a 96 with one in two out. Is it pretty much the same muffler?

I think it is probably the same muffler. And you might know somebody with a 97 muffler laying up against his shed. Randman? did you toss it?

Alright, update! The Flowmaster is sold to Randman. I just wanted to post a pic of those rubber pieces I installed.....
The body sat after the second rubber bushing.
I'm going to order a replacement SSEi muffler and tailpipes. Interesting thing, nobody makes a direct replacement for a 95 SSEi or earlier. I'm going to have to order a muffler for a 96. Is there a difference between the muffler on a Series 1 vs a Series 2? If you don't know your bonnies, they'll sell you an SE muffler and pipe and have you go to the single tailpipe. Just for compairson here'* what I've been working with....
