what is g/* and how does it translate into performance?

Grams/Second. It'* how much air is going by the MAF sensor. Idle is like 1600-1800, Redline is about 28K, SC'* go to like 60K.

you are getting 200 more at idle or at WOT?

200 more at idle, 4K at WOT @ 41mph.

how would you compare the difference by the seat of your pants to when you got your intake.

This is about 2-3x my intake.

I FINALLY got my FPR, sits at 38@ idle, Much better than the 15 I was down to.... car was hard to start and harder to drive....

But anyway, I'm going to do the testing tomm and get a scan tool log. It'* F'n fast.

Bah. I've got 20* of spark advance. Bogging off the line and no torque. ~100 knock counts as soon as I start the car. Rough idle has returned. Guesses?

The knock when you start it is probably just the starter making all the noise. Sometimes I get 200+ when I start mine. When are you getting the 20*? At idle in park, idle in drive, or driving slowly? After it bogs does it pick back up or is it constant? Also, after it bogs and if it does pick back up does it start screaming down the road or does it just return to normal? Sheesh, I should just ask for a formal report haha

20* @ idle in park, 35+ in D. And it bogs all the way.

The cat gets swapped out today, adding a resonator too.

Replacing your cat sounds like a good move. As far as the advance, I'm not sure about the na differences but if your car was supercharged it sounds fine (read: I get about the same readings except you have higher advance in drive).
