it would be better to just buy a car that was designed to have the supercharger in the first place. GTPs are plentiful and cheaper than SSEi'* in most places.

They were quoting around $1k for the complete conversion. They don't need to run "full boost" because it'* a higher CR motor to begin with. Infact their first test car, on it'* first setup ran significantly faster then a stock GTP would. They certainly aren't delaying it'* release for fun, they're testing it and getting all models down pat before they sell it.
And as much as people like to tote selling your car for another, not everyone wants to do that.

Selling and buying a GTP or SSEi would cost more than the M90 kit. It would be easy to take a Bonnie or a GP GT in to the low 14'* with this kit (estimating). WIth the M90 kit, you'd only have to worry about your trans and KR. If you had a GTP or SSEi, you'd worry about KR anyway.
