right they dont make a strut for application
and what are your plans go to each corner off the car and let air out when you wanna lower it and use a foot pump to add air??
when you say bags for a FWD its struts with air bags right???

995.00 for the front and 995.00 for the rear i figure the setup for the 97-03 Grand Prix, Century, Regal & Venture would be close enough... just remember 9 times out of 10 you can get these as a KIT and alot of times at a clearance price... if you talk to the right people......
