OK. I reconnected it and the service light is gone. But DAMN that was a shitload of sparks when I reconnected it.

I forgot about that QDM 1 Code also. I nudged something or another while doing my overide. But I have to get a different switch still.

Not that it really matters. Just seemed like a really nice even number.

If you just need air moving in a couple of places to help keep it cool like the tb you could get a PC fan and mount it where you need it the thing you will need to get though is 12v for power you can get 80mm that move arround 32cfm up to 80cfm for the deltas there are larger ones than can move about 80cfm also and are cheaper I do not know if it would help or not

can be normal....depends on what all it was trying to do right when power was regained....Ive done plenty o batteries and seen that happen LOTS

That would be absolutely worthless, and causes unnecessary load on the alternator. Ram Air at 30mph would cool more. Those PC fans compared to a simple switch for the stock fans would do nothing at all.

Dammit, that service light came back on thise morning. Ima have to goto to Advance for a code scan. BTW, anyone know if theres any particular speed that the fan becomes burdensome or inneffective instead of helping?

GRRR....dand money grubbin bastads......is there an AutoZone within an hour drive from you?....if there is its worth the gas to save 90 bucks!!! If not most dealers will do it for like 40-50 bucks (at least the ones in my area)...BTW I want pics of yer install, if you dont want to I can put them up along with a how to on my cardomain site, so no one else runs into this situation again.

i dont have a digital camera but ill see what i can do about borrowing one, i havent permanently mounted the switch yet tho, its chillin in my ash tray compartment
