First things first, I need to get rid of these tires. Suspension upgrades won't do me any good with these all season wally world tires

Yup, those would be the ones. 16x7s, chromed-metal center caps. I'm painting the rims gunmetal, the center caps got a bath in MEK to strip off the clearcoat, and polished.
Instrument clusters go for a huge chunk of money because the speedo'* go to 140. The PCMs should also go for a pretty nickel too, I think they don't have speed limiters.
