Default INTENSE PCM Installed (UPDATE)

Welp, just got back from INTENSE. The flash went very smooth and took all of about 2 minutes to do it. We spent a little time going over some parameters to personally fit my car and we are going to tweak those customizations it in the coming days and weeks.

I'll try to keep you updated as to what we do and how it affects the car. Most of this will be by gut feel to me and using a lot of autotap logs. I'll get a few dynos in here and there but Scott is to busy getting ready for IDD to spend a day at the dyno with me doing tunes so for now I have to take it step by step and flash by flash

Currently the following is changed

Shift points bumped to 6200
AF richened up at WOT by 4 percent
Shift times reduced by 25%
Speed limiters removed in 3rd and 4th
KR decay reduced by quite a bit (quickens recovery time from KR)
Fan turn on points set to 185 for low 195 for high
other minor things i dont remember

It was too wet tonight to try anything but ill be checking it tomorrow with autotap logs.

Good one Rogue
I hope tomorrows test proves to be positive
Did you have to do the crank sensor calibration after you installed it?
How was the security?

I posted under Silvers thread about security but basically no security problems whatsoever and a CASE learn is only needed if you change the physical pcm. We just reflashed mine so no CASE needed.

All i have to say is WOW!

The car is the best it has ever been. It pulls incredibly strong up into 3rd gear (somewhere around 100) and I have not pushed it passed that yet as the roads are still slick. I still have a bit of KR but my timing is no longer limited at 15 by the stock programming so the few degrees im seeing are still leaving my higher than 15 degrees. A bit more investigation on my part to see about the KR and I think i will be ready for IDD V

Thanks Scott for turning my SSEi into frothing rabid beast (now, about that cam.... )

Well that didn't take long, good for your Todd. Too bad this couldn't of been a week ago when I was there.

So hows the tourqe mangement? Lets get a full review buddy. Did they add the skip shifts in there? How long you waiting for a LSD now?

When'* the next track date for you IDDV?
