Default Intense PCM

Well I finally have the spare cash and the balls to do it so i'm shipping my pcm to intense today. As I type I'm doing that security relearn on the spare PCM I put in last night and I plan to go to the fedex store as soon as my car will start. I am also opting for the O2 sensor DTC to be permenantly removed since thats cheaper than an o2 simulator. Anyways what I need to know is how bad I will need to do that crank position relearn that the website says would be a good idea to get done.

Any time either the crank sensor or PCM is changed, you need to do a CASE learn. You won't get the full benefit of the power (timing) until you do.

Ok so I got the car running but I didn't like it one bit. The oil pressure was at 0 ( I know its fine but if the computer wasn't picking that up then what else is it not getting?) It says Service air bag too. and it felt like it was running funny. I think I'm just gonna leave the car alone untill I get the PCM back

Didn't the PCMs vary slightly between the 97s and the '98+?

the PCM that i sent you was from a 98 SE.....its not intended to run your car.... i had told you that it would work as a core for you

you should have sent the 98 PCM to Inntense for the Burn
