I went to not auto zone, but auto quest today, and asked for the intake pipe for the 92-00 civic, 94-00 integra, but the guy said they had nothing and all they could order was the whole kit? He told me he would have to call K&N but i just told him to forget it. Any idea why they wouldnt have one?

Well, if you specified that it was a KN pipe, then he is right, all there is is the whole kit. The pipe isn't KN, it'* just your generic autozone ricer special.

The pipe is made by Spectre. It comes in a plastic snap pac with some gaudy red and orange cardboard insert

I didnt say who it was made by, because i didnt know. If i went in there and said it was made by spectre would he know what im talking about?

I believe these are the correct part numbers, it'* been a while but ,they may still be the same.

I found that not going to the counter worked better. Go into the engine dress up area where you will see open filters... look right nearby for the pipe.

IF you cant find the pipe they also have it at Pepboys..its in the 'Rice section', near all the Neon lights and speakers
