the monte carlo runs a similar engine with a smaller cylinder size. Has anyone ever tried to install this ricer pipe mod on a monte carlo?

Ok guys,
Help me out here. I have the ability to mandrel bend 3" in Aluminized steel and Stainless steel. I am currently looking for a supplier of .065 wall Aluminum tubing to bend air intake pipes, but I am having a difficult time finding this size. Anyhow, is there a common bend angle and length needed for the Bonneville’*? I would be happy to research building these if someone can give me that info. I recently developed a down pipe for the 97-2003 Bonneville at the request of TommyGloves from the forum here. I am sure he will vouch to the fact that I am very interested in providing parts for the Pontiac crowd.
Any help would be appreciated

Curt, there are actually multiple bend angles. The L27 and L36 3800 non-supercharged engines have an Upper intake manifold that sets the TB at a slightly forward angle. The supercharged engines do not.

In addition, some 92-95 cars have the double washer bottle you see in my 'pretty' pics above.

So technically, there are two angles. If you look carefully at my pics above you can see I had to trim my reducer at an angle to set the pipe originally developed for the L36 onto my L67.

Make sure they're H bodies, not W. (Grand Prix/Monte Carlo engine bays are much smaller and tighter for space).

SO, if someone happens to know the numbers and can post em up for me it would be awesome! Thanks so much!

Oh, and happy easter too!
