Default Installed a 3.4" pulley today!!!

I had to go up to Rockford to buy the pulley and do the swap there. When i installed the pulley, funny thing is the stud broke on the puller right when we finished putting on my pulley. Hopefully it is fully on there. I had to get the bolt out with some needle noses to put the stock bolt back in. The other guy unfortunately had to drive home without a supercharger. He will have to wait to get a stud from thrasher to replace the one that broke on the puller.

The stock belt seems ok for now, I do not notice any slippage. I think I will go with a new belt soon though, I do not believe this one has ever been replaced. The performance increase is awesome. I believe we can gain 25 whp with that right?

Usually you need the exhaust done to see 25whp with that size of pulley.
Sorry to hear about the stud breaking, my puller from zzp came with an extra one as it is the weak part in the puller.

I believe a hi-flow cat, and maybe headers/ported manifolds are needed to see 25 whp with a 3.4" pulley.

CAI/3.4 combo should give you 30 bhp give or take 1-2. It comes out to about 22-25 at the wheel. If your getting excessive knock for whatever reason you may not see as much (in which case find out whats causing your KR)
