i just got this car yesterday and it is in excellent condition. there are spots of internal rust but none on the engine..they are all internal on the body. i noticed that the left muffler was starting to rust and i was thinking about replacing it or buying a whole new exhaust system. any ideas or suggestions? also, does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do to modify my car

I'm wondering about the left muffler, mine just has one centrally located muffler. My original 1992 exhaust looks rusty, but it'* actually still very solid. It must be some sort of stainless material. Maybe you have an aftermarket exhaust. If you want an exhaust that lasts forever get the OEM GM exhaust installed.
