Default 1992 vs 1993 Supercharged NW9 transmission question

I fear that my 93 PA ultra original trans is giving under this new engine i rebuilt and with the 12 psi boost
its slipping every once in awhile. changed the fluid and filter no change
I located a 92 NW9 supercharged transmission from a 1992 Olds 98 regency touring, for $100. but mines a 93 NW9 trans is a PA
according to car-part.com 92 is 92 only, 93 is 93 only. What is the difference and will it work? I dont want to purchase a transmission and have it not work, been there once before.
Any input greatly appreciated.
Taylor
