You won't see 20 peak but it will keep the tq curve up for longer and that could be as much as 20hp at the top of your shift. (depending on where you shift)
I remember seeing dynos comparing the HVII and the HV3 and it did bump the peak hp down a few hundred rpms (like 300) from the HVII.
