You can get the rockers, cam and intake from an L27 from your own car. That'* what you have under the hood.

PCM is the computer. If you disable it, you're not going anywhere!

Ok, so to get past the speed limit set by the pcm I'll have to install a chip correct?

Might not be an option. Jet no longer makes a chip for your car, and Superchips doesn't remove the top end limit.

So theres really no point in upgrading the intake. That sucks.

I'm gonna look on ebay or something.

There are a few DIY'* (Do it yourself). Make a intake out of pvc pipe. This site and the GP site have lots of info on "cai" intakes. You can also change your thermostat with very low cost.

Everything else will cost more money.

Some will also mention intake screen removal but I wont suggest that option.

Where do you live? Depending on where you live you can swap in a different computer altogether and use the donor chip options to run your system. Actually I can get you alot of obd1 info and help. Ill talk to my connection that has done alot of custom obd1 work. I am sure we can set you up fairly cheaply.

Ok go to http://www.angryducktofuracing.com. For intakes.

If you want to make your own CAI contact rat64@yahoo.ca for his plans.

For rear blackouts you just need a can of nightshade. You can get a can at any AutoZone.

Plastic black outs on the front or rear are found all over the net. Look around for the best price. Eventually I will provide all this product but right now I am building relationships to get the best price I can.

There is a HUGE benefit for doing your intake. The only one made specifically for our car is the ADTR. This and the 180° Stat are your best 2 mods to start with for performance.
