Headers.
The easy way I tell which is which from a quick look is the H body tab that gets bolted to the trans is a near perfect rectangle and the W is more of a triangle. The actual bends though are different enough that if you didn't have a large tube bender, it would probably kink in half easier than a nice bend.
I've found that most headers clear the tube well enough that only a slight tweak is necessary. TOG'* seem to require the most tweaking, but it might have been the older set I was installing.

Great info guys. Ima hit the dealer tomorrow for a w body dip stick if they dont have it ma hop on the junk yards. As for the hd thing it sounds so easy i wanna try it so bad but im afraid ill mess it up or dont have the proper tools. The headers look easy to install too just the cross over pipe didnt insert to the front header that easy i had to force it in and once in wiggle it in as i did that the metal was hetting hot from pressure?
The HD needs a medium to large flat blade screwdriver, 13mm socket, ratchet, oil catch pan, 34mm socket, 18mm wrench, needle nose pliers, hammer.
With that you should be able to pop the ball joints, pull the axles, catch the fluid, pull the diff cover, pop the diff off the output shaft and slide the new parts in place.
