head and valvtrain swap

i was told by another member about doing a swap from a 93 how do i go about doing this

Simple, swap the heads and valvetrain components. Or, drill out the rocker bolt holes, tap them for the proper size (I don't remember what it is at the moment) and put on the 93 rockers.

Alright i tryed searching, many times, but came up with pretty much nothing. Has anyone done this swap and wrote a how to, or possibley, just someone give me the basics. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated..
