My bet would be no. And there isn't as much to this 'legal' issue as it is a turf war. Any modification you make to a stock engine is at your own risk. And ultimately, INTENSE didn't even manufacture these parts. They were done by a third party.

INTENSE is the only performance parts manufacturer for the 3800 that goes so far to keep customers satisfied. Most vendors wouldn't do anything about this.

The 3800 community has been through phases like this before, and it'* cause the split and spinoff of other vendors you see existing today.

And to make it more clear, no Vendor will ever get a fair shake on a forum sponsored and owned by another vendor. This is why we don't do it. Period.
