I would say get a Hi-flow, but thats me. Here in Central Illinois we dont have emissions testing, but we dont have a smog problem either.

Well I'm planning on picking up an SLP hi-flow cat with 02 spoof when I'm at intense.
I do have emmissions testing here and still rather be kind to the environment.
